Every Thursday we have a gala dinner, our very special dinner with an aperitif included. During the Show Cooking, our renowned chefs prepare fresh meat, fish and vegetables before your eyes. You can then dine on the restaurant terrace in Gran Canaria’s balmy evening air. The romantic outdoor lighting combines with the Moorish inspired design of the hotel to create an exotic sense of the thousand and one nights.
